Alcohol Liability Insurance through Melcher & Prescott
Bartender (Must be licensed if you’re charging for alcohol)

Providing all vendors and table settings
Decorating venue. - You’re welcome to access our decor stash
BHF will set dining tables if desired

Clean Up & End Time
Town of Gilford quiet hours begin at 10 pm
All guests + wedding party need to be off the property by 10:30 pm
Next day pick up hours for decorations etc from 10 am - noon
What’s included: You have access to the venue to drop off items and decorate the barn, tent and grounds.
On your wedding day access to the farmhouse starts at 1 PM. Day After Wedding access to pick up decorations, flowers, and other personal items.
